Leviathan - Character Design

Leviathan is a character I designed for my Narrative Art university module. He is a Moroccan vigilante who is half-human half-merfolk and has the ability to control and manipulate water. His costume design is mainly derived from wet suits and biker suits. It was super fun to design him!
